McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Britney Harner as Vice President of Operations at Roque & Mark Co. Britney will lead the strategic and operational management of the company’s multifamily portfolio. Her focus will be on optimizing operational efficiencies, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and driving significant property management initiatives.
Britney brings over 16 years of experience in property management within the West LA market, previously serving as General Manager at Western National Property Management. Over her career, she has overseen a variety of assets from large mixed-use to boutique properties and demonstrated a strong ability to develop teams and streamline operations. Britney’s background includes notable achievements in operational improvements, liability and risk management, and the successful implementation of capital improvement projects that significantly enhanced property values and tenant satisfaction.
