McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Angela Farman as Chief Financial Officer at Aruza Pest Control. Angela will be responsible for leading the company’s finance function, supporting its continued expansion, and professionalizing financial operations during a critical phase of growth. Key responsibilities include building scalable financial systems and serving as a strategic partner in M&A activity and capital planning initiatives.
Angela is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience in recurring revenue, service-based businesses. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of a private equity-backed pest control platform, where she spent six years leading M&A transactions, managing debt structures, and building high-performing, multi-location finance teams. Prior to that, she held progressive finance leadership roles across similar service organizations. Angela holds a degree in accounting.
