McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Lee Hancock as President at Providien Thermoforming. In this role, Lee will be responsible for defining the company’s strategic direction and leading the organization through its next phase of growth, with full P&L accountability. He will focus on enhancing operational discipline, improving labor efficiency, strengthening financial transparency, and driving both revenue growth and EBITDA performance in a contract manufacturing environment.
Lee is an accomplished global executive with extensive experience leading manufacturing and industrial organizations. Most recently, he served as President of Protec Arisawa America, where he led efforts to stabilize the business, drive sales growth, and improve profitability. Prior to that, he served as Global President of ZETTLER Group, where he led international operations and drove substantial revenue and margin expansion. Earlier in his career, Lee held leadership roles with Bel Fuse Inc. and Advanced Power Components, where he built a strong foundation in engineering, product development, and global manufacturing operations. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems and Industrial Engineering with Honors from University of Nottingham.
