McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Christopher Hollen as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at BankPacific. In this role, Chris will oversee the Bank’s commercial, consumer, mortgage, and indirect lending operations, credit administration, operational functions, and risk management. He will partner closely with the executive leadership team to execute the Bank’s long-term strategic growth initiatives while continuing to strengthen operational performance across the organization.

Chris brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across community banks, regional banks, and credit unions. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Security Bank – West, where he led the organization’s strategic direction and operational performance. Throughout his career, Chris has overseen retail and commercial banking, lending, operations, marketing, customer experience, and enterprise growth initiatives while building high-performing teams and driving organizational success. Prior to First Security Bank – West, he held executive leadership positions with Commerce Bank, United Prairie Bank, Diversified Credit Union, Associated Bank, KleinBank, and U.S. Bank. Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the University of North Dakota.

Today, the Bank operates six branches across Guam, Saipan, and Palau, providing commercial and consumer banking services while continuing to invest in technology, operational excellence, and expanded banking capabilities to better serve individuals, businesses, and communities throughout the region.
