McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jeffrey DellaFranco as Vice President of Sales at Galvanize Therapeutics. In this role, Jeff will lead the company’s U.S. sales organization and support its transition to a procedure-focused commercial model. He will focus on increasing procedure adoption and utilization, strengthening referral pathways, accelerating account activation, and building a scalable sales infrastructure to support Galvanize’s continued growth.

Jeff brings brings more than 25 years of sales and commercial leadership experience across medical devices, implantable technologies, capital equipment, and pharmaceuticals. Most recently, he served as Acute Care Division Director at Medline, where he led the company’s largest revenue division and oversaw a broad commercial organization. Previously, he spent nearly 13 years with Medtronic in progressively senior leadership roles, including Vice President of U.S. Enterprise Accounts and Strategy and Vice President of U.S. Sales for Cardiac Ablation Solutions. During his tenure, he led national sales strategy, expanded the commercial organization, launched new products, and drove sustained growth across complex health systems. Earlier in his career, he held sales and leadership roles with St. Jude Medical, Guidant Corporation, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, and Abbott Pharmaceuticals. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business.

Galvanize Therapeutics is a biomedical platform company advancing Pulsed Electric Field ablation technology to transform the treatment of complex diseases, beginning with late-stage lung cancer and solid tumors. Through its non-thermal, tissue-selective platform, the company is working to expand treatment options, improve patient outcomes, and establish a new standard of care in interventional oncology.
