McDermott + Bull has been engaged by Riverview Bank to lead the search for its Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer. Following the announced retirement of current Chief Lending Officer Mike Sventek, the incoming executive will build upon a strong lending foundation while helping guide the Bank’s next chapter of growth. Reporting to President and Chief Executive Officer Nicole Sherman, the Chief Lending Officer will provide strategic leadership across Commercial Real Estate, C&I, Business Banking, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Portfolio Management.

The ideal candidate will bring broad commercial lending leadership experience, a strong credit foundation, and a demonstrated ability to balance growth with disciplined risk management. This leader will preserve Riverview’s relationship-based culture while bringing fresh perspective and energy to its continued growth.
