Arno Van der Horst

Arno Van der Horst serves as a Managing Director at McDermott + Bull Interim Leaders Europe, based in The Netherlands. Arno finds the right interim executive talent for our client’s urgent needs while ensuring a fit with their culture and core values. He also supports the overall growth of the Interim Leaders division in Europe.
Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, Arno was a Senior Consultant leading interim searches for a boutique finance search firm specializing in mid-cap, private equity-backed companies. He started his search career specializing in IT recruitment and transitioned to KPMG where he was responsible for hiring all senior audit personnel for the Dutch organization.
Arno graduated from the Leiden University of Applied Sciences in commercial economy.
