Executive recruiter, Executive Search
CJ Shook serves as an Executive Recruiter for McDermott + Bull where he works closely with Managing Directors in identifying and recruiting key executive candidates for the firm’s clients. In this role, he focuses on targeted research and recruiting; project management and workflow; and candidate relationships.
Prior to McDermott + Bull, CJ served as an Accounting and Finance Recruiter focused on management-level positions across multiple industries.
CJ received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and his MBA from Sam Houston State University.
