Colin serves as a Principal at McDermott + Bull Canada and is part of the firm’s Consumer Brand’s and Private Equity Practice, based in Vancouver, BC. Colin brings over 10 years of experience partnering with his clients to fully incorporate their cultures and unique value propositions while sourcing top talent that meets their growth and development goals. He has a strong track record of success partnering with clients to deliver game-changing, diverse talent across multiple industries, including nonprofits, professional services, crown corporations, tourism, and mining.
Prior to joining the firm, Colin served as Vice President of Executive Search at a global consulting firm where he assisted notable companies in recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
Colin is originally from Ontario and completed his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of British Columbia. He currently resides in Vancouver, BC. with his wife.
