Dani Satterwhite
Executive recruiter, executive search
Dani serves as an Executive Recruiter for McDermott + Bull Executive Search and is part of the firm’s Healthcare + Life Sciences practice. Her responsibilities include candidate research and recruiting, pipeline management and flow, and performance feedback.
Before joining McDermott + Bull, she spent over a year in financial recruiting for a Fortune 100 company where she helped lead recruiting initiatives to attract and retain talent from a variety of industries. As a member of the leadership team, she worked alongside financial advisors to selectively source, screen, and educate business development professionals on a career in finance.
Dani received a bachelor’s degree from UCLA, a master’s degree in international affairs from UC San Diego, as well as a master’s degree in legal studies specializing in business law from UCLA’s School of Law. She was also a student-athlete on the women’s soccer team at both UCLA and UC San Diego during her time there. She currently resides in San Diego with her fiancé Austin, and their golden retriever Maverick.
