Dolf had an early career in the life and pension insurance sector specializing in Dutch multinationals. He consecutively was employee benefit consultant at William M. Mercer B.V., Director and co-founder of MeesConsult B.V., Managing Director of Watson Wyatt B.V., Partner and Head of International Benefits at Watson Wyatt Brans & Co., Country Manager at Russell Mellon, Head of International Benefits at Hewitt Associates B.V., and Partner and Senior Business Developer at Aon Hewitt. Throughout his career Dolf worked with multi-disciplinary teams on a wide variety of HR solutions for international companies.
Dolf holds a master’s degree in law from Tilburg University
