Italia Nigro
Chief of Staff
Italia Nigro serves as Chief of Staff for McDermott + Bull, supporting the COO and Senior Leadership Team with operations, internal communications and events, and project management. Her role covers a wide breadth of responsibilities, including spearheading internal events, supporting internal initiatives, and tracking and monitoring the firm’s search engagement analytics to ensure world-class service.
Italia brings years of experience in project management in the healthcare and entertainment industries. Prior to McDermott + Bull, she served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Project Manager for Production at Levity Live and Triage Entertainment. While there, she enhanced executive productivity and organizational effectiveness; led the development of a healthy company culture; championed the creation of the first employee newsletter; and led the newly launched Community Outreach program.
Italia currently resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband, son, and dog. She enjoys staying healthy and fit, cooking, and meditation. She is passionate about helping others.
