Jade serves as an Executive Assistant + Office Manager for McDermott + Bull where she is a direct support to the CEO and assists with day-to-day office operations.
Before joining McDermott + Bull, she worked at a fast-growing apparel company in Huntington Beach, where she held the roles of executive assistant to the CEO and project manager. While there, she led cross-functional teams toward achieving project milestones through effective communication and risk management, as well as executed culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
