Kylie Stokes serves as an Executive Recruiter at McDermott + Bull, supporting Managing Directors and Partners on executive search engagements. In this role, she leads candidate research and recruiting efforts while managing pipeline strategy and flow to help deliver exceptional results for clients. Kylie brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to search, ensuring each engagement aligns with the strategic priorities and long-term growth objectives of the organizations she serves.
Prior to joining the firm, Kylie worked at Paycom, where she partnered with organizations to streamline operations, reduce manual processes, and strengthen compliance, particularly within complex regulatory environments like California. She worked closely with leaders to align payroll and HR initiatives with broader business goals such as growth, retention, and operational efficiency, and is known for asking strategic questions that uncover gaps and drive meaningful improvements.
Kylie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, exploring new restaurants, reading, and incorporating thoughtful, personalized touches into her professional outreach to build authentic and lasting relationships.
