With nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit executive search, Mary has partnered with organizations across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, human services, environmental advocacy, and global development. Prior to joining McDermott + Bull, she spent seven years with a boutique executive search and fundraising consulting firm exclusively focused on the nonprofit sector, including notable clients like Children’s Aid, FamilyAid Boston, Part of the Solution, Robin Hood, and The Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation.
Mary earned her master’s degree from the University of Galway in Ireland and her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Fredonia. She resides in Brooklyn, NY.
