McDermott + Bull has been engaged to lead the search for Richmond Hospital Foundation’s Director, Donor Relations and Associate Director, Leadership Giving. This search will be led by McDermott + Bull Principal Alex Verdecchia and Senior Consultant and Head of Recruitment Brittany Stansfield.
Richmond Hospital Foundation’s mission is to serve as a catalyst for donors to achieve their aspirational philanthropic goals while helping drive positive, transformational change to local health care in Richmond. The Director, Donor Relations reports to the President and CEO, is a member of the senior leadership team and will drive the strategic direction of the Foundation’s comprehensive donor relations and events programs. As the organizational expert on donor relations, the Director, Donor Relations actively contributes to the strategic development of large-scale engagement and donor events and acts as a strategic resource for colleagues across the Foundation. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive hiring salary range between $120,000 to $135,000 per annum, dependent on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills. The Associate Director, Leadership Giving reports to the Campaign Director and manages a portfolio of high-value prospects and contributes to donor relations and marketing functions. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced major gifts fundraiser with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of achieving fundraising goals. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive hiring salary range between $100,000 to $115,000 per annum, dependent on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.
