McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Sarah Van Winkle as Associate at Gladius Partners. Based in Vancouver, B.C., Sarah will partner with members of the senior leadership team and will participate in all aspects of the investment process, including deal origination, due diligence (financial and operational), financial analysis, and commercial/financial structuring to provide ongoing support to Gladius’s operating partners.
Sarah is an accomplished financial services executive with over 12 years of experience across assurance, investment banking, and corporate finance. She began her career in South Africa with PWC where she obtained her CPA before moving on to Rand Merchant Bank. From there, she joined MNP in Vancouver where she most recently served as a Director of the transaction advisory services team.
