McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Robert Settembro as Chief Executive Officer at SmartParke. In this role, Robert will lead the company’s overall strategic direction, operational execution, and long-term growth initiatives while partnering closely with the Board of Directors and executive leadership team. He will be responsible for driving organizational performance, strengthening operational excellence, expanding market opportunities, and building a high-performing culture to support SmartParke’s continued growth.
Robert brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across private equity-backed, public, franchise, and growth-oriented organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of OrangeTwist and currently serves as Owner and Chief Executive Officer of SLR Consulting, where he advises organizations on operations, sales, leadership, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to that, Robert served as Fractional Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer with ExecHQ, where he partnered with small and mid-sized businesses to accelerate growth and operational performance. Earlier in his career, Robert served as Chief Operating Officer of YogaWorks and held senior leadership positions with Elements Massage, C2 Education, and 24 Hour Fitness. Robert earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
