McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Chad Filla as Chief Financial Officer at American Security (AMSEC). Chad will oversee the financial strategy and operations, driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives to foster the company’s growth. He will work closely with the executive team to enhance financial processes, implement robust financial controls, and ensure the company’s financial health.

Chad brings extensive experience in financial leadership, having significantly contributed to revenue growth and operational efficiency in his previous roles. Most recently as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Aquamar, he played a significant role in growing the company’s revenue and scaling its financial operations. Before joining Aquamar, Chad served as the Chief Financial Officer at RC Store Maintenance, where he managed financial strategies and operations for the company. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from California State University, Fullerton and his MBA from California State University, San Bernardino.
