Jason Levi Pinegar

Jason Levi Pinegar serves as a Partner at McDermott + Bull and is part of the firm’s Energy + Sustainability, Consumer, and Industrial Practices, based in Irvine, CA. He specializes in strategic executive talent acquisition and organizational leadership design, serving venture capital, private equity, public, founder-led, and family-owned businesses. 

Jason brings valuable expertise in management consulting with a unique focus on leadership and managing organizational change. He has deep experience in organizational psychology, leadership assessment and development, and succession planning.

He graduated with a Master of Business Administration in leadership and managing organizational change from Pepperdine University, a Master of Arts in policy and program evaluation from Claremont Graduate University, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He serves as a Chair Member for the firm’s Lean Six Sigma, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) committees. He also acts as a Strategic Board Development Advisor for Parentis Foundation, whose mission is to guide the next generation of readers and mentor future leaders through a revolutionary intergenerational literacy program.
