Jason Levi Pinegar serves as a Partner at McDermott + Bull and is part of the firm’s Consumer, Industrial, and Sustainability Practices, based in Irvine, CA. He specializes in strategic executive talent acquisition and organizational leadership design, serving venture capital, private equity, public, founder-led, and family-owned businesses.
Jason brings valuable expertise in management consulting with a unique focus on leadership and managing organizational change. He has deep experience in organizational psychology, leadership assessment and development, and succession planning.
He graduated with a Master of Business Administration in leadership and managing organizational change from Pepperdine University, a Master of Arts in policy and program evaluation from Claremont Graduate University, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He serves as a Chair Member for the firm’s Lean Six Sigma, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) committees. He also acts as a Strategic Board Development Advisor for Parentis Foundation, whose mission is to guide the next generation of readers and mentor future leaders through a revolutionary intergenerational literacy program.
