Shayla Servantez
RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Shayla Servantez serves as a Research Associate for McDermott + Bull where she conducts comprehensive research to guarantee the placement of transformative leaders for client companies. She oversees candidate discovery, contact enhancement, and data management for the firm.
Most recently, Shayla worked in consulting, conducting in-depth research and lead generation for start-up organizations. Prior, she served as a Technical Sourcer for a recruiting agency, where she oversaw the full sourcing process while nurturing candidate pipelines for clients. Before this, Shayla worked in California State University, Fullerton’s human resources department, where she led the development of a campus-wide interview guide and launched a new year-long onboarding program to expand recruitment efforts. While completing her master’s degree, she also worked for the Business Graduate Programs Office at the university, recruiting and advising prospective business graduate students as they explored opportunities at the school.
Shayla is one of six children, having five younger siblings who she loves to watch play competitive sports. She is family-oriented, adventurous, and loves watching movies and television shows.
