McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Joseph Kazinduka as Chief Financial Officer at Providence House. In this role, Joseph will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, leading financial operations and planning while implementing best practices in nonprofit financial management. He will be responsible for driving long-term financial health, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and supporting the organization’s continued growth with efficient systems, strategic budgeting, and data-driven decision making.

Joseph brings over 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience in nonprofit, housing, and healthcare organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at New Destiny Housing Corporation, where he oversaw finance, HR, IT, and administration, driving system improvements and ensuring compliance with government contracts, grants, and tax credit affiliates. Prior to that, he held senior roles at The Sharing Community, Lighthouse Guild International, and Little Sisters of the Assumption Family Health. Joseph has led multiple audit processes, managed multi-functional teams, and implemented enterprise-wide financial policies with a focus on efficiency and transparency. He holds an MBA in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Iona University.
