McDermott + Bull has successfully placed John Beall as Chief Financial Officer at Riverbend Sandler Pools. John will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy and execution, including operational integration, financial system enhancements, and long-term value creation. His key responsibilities include driving profitability, optimizing margins, and preparing the platform for a future value-maximizing exit.
John is a seasoned financial executive with more than 30 years of experience as CFO across private equity–backed, founder-led, and public companies. He most recently held leadership roles requiring expertise in construction, project-based accounting, ERP implementation, and multi-entity integration. Prior to joining Riverbend Sandler Pools, he successfully led five company exits and advised more than two dozen founder-led businesses through sponsor-backed transactions.
