McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Carla Tucker as the Chief Financial Officer for Bank of the Pacific. Carla will be charged with providing linkages from the bank’s strategy to its execution plan and measurable goals. She will act as a focal point for the bank’s initiatives for performance improvement, driving the delivery and optimization of its financial performance targets through the operation of rigorous controls and execution of strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Bank of the Pacific, Carla spent 15 years as Controller and then Chief Financial Officer with Skagit Bank, before its sale to Banner Bank. She oversaw an 11 person team responsible for finance, accounting, marketing, facilities, and risk management.

Bank of the Pacific has $1B in assets and its footprint expands throughout 16 branches and six commercial banking centers in Washington and Oregon.
