McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Brian McTasney as Chief Financial Officer at Gathr Outdoors. Brian will directly impact a private equity-sponsored portfolio of companies that are poised for substantial growth. He will be a key member of the Gathr leadership “team of champions,” directly supervising the finance, accounting, and information technology functions. His primary responsibilities will include modernizing IT operations, developing merger and acquisition diligence, managing post-acquisition integration, and overseeing the monthly close process at the corporate level for all portfolio companies.
Brian is an inspirational leader with proven success across various industries. He previously served as CFO at Stylecraft Home Collection Inc and as CFO and President at Porcelain Industries. Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma, an MBA from Belmont University, and he currently holds certifications as a CPA and CGMA.
