McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Justin Ezell as Chief Financial Officer at private equity-backed Guided Practice Solutions Dental (GPS Dental). Justin will lead the day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the company while supporting the growth of the business.
Justin has a strong background in accounting and finance and has experience working in a private equity-backed multisite business. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President of Finance at Covenant Physician Partners where he spent over 11 years in various finance and accounting leadership roles. Justin’s experience working in growth-oriented PE-backed multisite healthcare businesses, M&A experience, and strong finance background will be instrumental in facilitating GPS Dental’s next phase of growth.
GPS Dental is a leading private equity-backed dental support organization, providing dentists the opportunity to realize liquidity and offload administrative burdens while maintaining an ownership stake in the practice.
