McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Pamela Galley as Chief Growth Officer at By the Bay Health. Pamela will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the organization’s strategic growth initiatives, including market expansion, revenue diversification, and execution of a comprehensive strategic roadmap. She will oversee strategy execution, marketing and communications, community engagement, project management, and M&A integration.
Pamela is a transformational healthcare executive with extensive experience leading large-scale, integrated care delivery systems. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Area Manager at Kaiser Permanente, where she oversaw one of the largest service areas in Northern California. Prior to that, she held multiple leadership roles within Kaiser Permanente, including Vice President of Continuum of Care across both Northern California and the Mid-Atlantic region, where she led complex operational, clinical, and strategic initiatives impacting millions of members. Pamela earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and an Associate’s degree in Registered Nursing from Hartnell College.
