McDermott + Bull has placed Brad Mattocks as Chief Information Officer at Banc of California. Brad will play a key role in shaping the future of the bank’s technology organization. He will be tasked with furthering Banc of California’s overall technology improvement and solutions philosophy while defining the strategy for continuous technological innovation to drive significant value within the bank as well as for its customers.

Brad joins Banc of California from MUFG where he most recently served as Managing Director and Head of IT Service Delivery, Risk, and Governance. In total, Brad brings 25 years of technology experience, with an emphasis in financial services, including 15 years spent at Bank of America/Countrywide. He earned both his master’s degree and MBA from California Lutheran University.
