McDermott + Bull has placed Mirella Reznic as Chief Strategy Officer for Valley Strong Credit Union. This role has been newly created to drive the organization’s evolution and transformation. Mirella will be called upon to exercise a tremendous range in leadership competencies with oversight of technology, marketing, product development, enterprise project management, and organizational development. As a member of the executive leadership team, she will author, communicate, and execute a strategic vision that continues to establish Valley Strong as a leader and innovator within the credit union industry and within the broader context of banking. 

Mirella’s breadth of experience, including product development, go-to-market strategy, market segmentation, process reengineering, expansion activity, and digital transformation across a variety of industries positions her well as a change agent. In total, she brings over 20 years of experience, including serving in marketing and strategic market development roles with companies like RealTime Hotel Reports, American Express, MetLife, and JPMorgan Chase. She most recently served as the Global Head of Product and Innovation with Bitvore, a cloud-based, AI, and big data fintech company. She earned both her bachelor’s degree and MBA from Cornell.

Founded in 1938, Valley Strong Credit Union has $3.2 billion in assets and serves its nearly 200,000 members throughout the Central Valley through 27 branches.
