McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Alison Jones as Director, Labour Relations at the Post-Secondary Employers’ Association (PSEA). In this role, Alison will serve as the primary point of contact for PSEA’s member institutions, supporting collective bargaining by acting as lead spokesperson on local bargaining committees. She will also provide strategic advisory support on matters related to contract interpretation and labour relations across her portfolio of clients.

Alison brings deep expertise in labour relations across the public sector in British Columbia. Prior to joining PSEA, she held leadership roles at the British Columbia Public School Employers’ Association, where she most recently served as Director, Labour Relations (Bargaining). In this capacity, she partnered with union representatives across 60 school districts, playing a critical role in collective bargaining strategy and execution. Alison’s hands-on experience and proven ability to navigate complex labour environments made her a strong fit for this role.

The Post‐Secondary Employers’ Association (PSEA) is the employer bargaining agent for all public colleges, special‐purpose teaching universities, and institutes across British Columbia. The organization provides strategic leadership in compensation coordination, collective bargaining, and human resources best practices while supporting the objectives of the Public Sector Employers’ Council (PSEC) and Secretariat.
