McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Patrick Fraunfelder as Division President at Sierra Meats and Seafood. Patrick will set Sierra’s strategic direction, oversee operations, and ensure the company’s values and policies are adhered to concerning financial control, food safety and regulatory compliance, employee welfare, and other operating standards.  

Patrick is an accomplished food and beverage executive. After launching his career as an Executive Chef, he now has over 20 years of leadership experience working in the industry across various functions, including sales, operations, and finance. He has worked at major meat and fish manufacturing and food retail companies, like The Fish Guys, Neesvig’s, and U.S. Foods. 

Sierra Meats and Seafood is a division of Armand Agra, a holding company based in Reno, NV. Its brands/divisions include Sierra Meat + Seafood, Flocchini Family Provisions, Durham Ranch, and MacDonald Meat Company. Armand Agra is a subsidiary of Founders Food Group, a Vancouver BC-based family-owned company that invests its capital and applies operating knowledge to growth-oriented food and beverage businesses.
