McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jerrod Keller as Executive Vice President + Chief Experience Officer at SAFE Credit Union. In this role, Jerrod will be charged with unifying all service-oriented functions for the credit union, including retail banking, branch operations, marketing, communications, and community engagement to ensure alignment on member service delivery.
Jerrod brings over 15 years of retail and operations leadership experience within the credit union industry. He joins SAFE from TwinStar Credit Union in Washington, where he most recently served as Chief Operations Officer managing all member experience functions, marketing, and human resources. He previously held leadership positions in branch management, contact center, and digital services with Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU).
