McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Shauna Fox as General Manager, C5ISR, Los Angeles at Lyntris. In this role, Shauna will lead the company’s Harbor City operation, with responsibility for the performance, growth, and execution of its C5ISR business. She will provide leadership across the site, strengthen operational discipline, and work cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, program management, and business development. Shauna will also serve as a key customer-facing leader, supporting relationships with prime contractors, Department of Defense stakeholders, and mission partners as Lyntris continues to scale its presence in the space and defense markets.
Shauna brings over 20 years of experience leading complex programs and building program management organizations across the aerospace and defense sectors. Most recently, she served as Director of Program Delivery at Agile Space Industries, where she built and led a PMO supporting a $65 million rocket engine development portfolio and established enterprise-wide governance and execution frameworks. Prior to Agile Space Industries, Shauna held leadership roles at Leidos, L3Harris Technologies, and the Department of the Navy, where she managed complex defense, technology, infrastructure, and mission systems programs and portfolios. Shauna earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Chapman University and is a certified Project Management Professional and U.S. Air Force veteran.
