McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Christina Cabrera as Head of Human Resources at American Security (AMSEC). Christina will lead the human resources team, driving strategic initiatives that align with the company’s mission to provide exceptional security solutions while fostering a culture of growth, learning, and operational excellence. Her role will focus on enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across all levels of the company.
Christina brings over 20 years of human resources experience, specializing in both high-growth and turnaround environments within diverse industries. Previously, she served as Regional Human Resources Manager at Dollar Tree DC, where she managed HR operations across multiple distribution centers, significantly improving staffing strategies, retention rates, and compliance measures. Earlier in her career, she served as Human Resources Director at Rio Ranch Markets and Human Resources Manager at idX Corporation, where she led numerous transformative projects and developed robust training and development programs. Christina earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Bernardino Valley College and a certification in human resources management from the University of Riverside.
