McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Kelsey Friedheim as Head of People at Orbit Fab. Kelsey will be responsible for all strategic and tactical human resources for the start-up. She will also play a key role in leading and developing the human resources department as the company goes through exponential growth.
Kelsey has significant human resources experience working for both large and small businesses. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at BellRock Brands where she developed their human resources department, building out all of its policies and procedures. Having worked in fast-paced entrepreneurial companies, Kelsey is well-equipped for the demands of this role.
Orbit Fab was founded in 2018 to eliminate the single-use spacecraft paradigm with in-space refueling.
