McDermott + Bull has placed Michael Ulianelli as the Head of Performance Management at Moelis & Company. Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC) is a leading independent global investment bank. Headquartered in New York, with a presence in 19 geographic locations across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia, Moelis & Company delivers holistic advisory solutions to corporations, governments, and financial sponsors, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions; recapitalizations and restructurings; and capital markets and private funds advisory.
As the leader of performance management, Michael will drive the firm’s philosophy of real-time feedback. The firm fosters continuous dialogue and shared accountability, allowing the team to adapt in real-time to client and firm needs. Michael joins Moelis’ tight-knit, symbiotic and supportive Human Capital Management Team.
Michael previously served in Global Talent Assessment for Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, Michael served on a 12-member team managing the talent management process enterprise-wide. Prior to Goldman, he served in a generalist capacity for Citigroup. Michael received both his BA in psychology and his Masters in industrial and organizational psychology from Hofstra University.
