McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Sarah La-Nguyen as Head of Talent Management at Seattle Credit Union. Sarah will play an integral role in shaping the future of the company and will be a clear strategic and operational HR leader. She will drive Seattle Credit Union’s talent success through sound human capital decisions and strategic organic growth. Sarah will be a member of the credit union’s human resource leadership team and report directly to Kelly Earnest, Seattle Credit Union’s Chief People Officer.

Sarah brings over 17 years of experience in HR and Talent Management in the Seattle market. She gained her human resource business partner experience at T-Mobile and Starbucks before moving into talent management. Sarah most recently served as Senior Manager of Talent Development for Nintendo in Redmond, Washington. She received her Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Washington and her MBA from Seattle University.
