McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Kevin Jackson as President, Power Electronics at Communications & Power Industries (CPI). In this role, Kevin will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Power Electronics business, including operations, finance, product management, supply chain, sales, and overall strategic growth initiatives. He will partner closely with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, scale the organization, and support CPI’s continued expansion across the communications, defense, and medical markets.
Kevin brings over 20 years of leadership experience driving operational performance, transformational growth, and business optimization initiatives. He most recently served as Vice President/General Manager at Integra Technologies, where he held full P&L responsibility across two business units supporting high-reliability semiconductor and microelectronics markets. Prior to Integra Technologies, Kevin served as Chief Executive Officer of All Flex Solutions and held senior leadership roles at CAES and United Technologies Aerospace Systems. Kevin began his career serving in the United States Army and later held engineering and operational leadership roles supporting both government and commercial organizations. He earned a master of science in engineering management from the University of Missouri and a bachelor of science in general management and systems engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
