McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Chuck Ramanujam as Regional Senior Vice President, Wholesale Banking at Farmers and Merchants Bank of Central California (F&M Bank). In this executive role, Chuck will lead and expand the Bank’s C&I and real estate lending capabilities across the Bay Area. He will be instrumental in cultivating new client relationships, enhancing market presence, and driving disciplined growth in line with the bank’s relationship-first and community-centric mission.

Chuck brings over two decades of progressive leadership experience in commercial banking, credit risk management, and team development. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at City National Bank, overseeing a diverse $2+ billion loan and deposit portfolio spanning Northern California and parts of the Pacific Northwest. Over the course of his career, Chuck has served in senior leadership positions at leading institutions such as Bank of America and CIT. Chuck holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and an Honors B.S. in microbiology from Oregon State University. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
