McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Caitie Schooler as Senior Director of Growth Marketing at Artera. In this role, Caitie will lead and scale the company’s growth marketing engine, with a focus on demand generation, customer acquisition, marketing operations, and pipeline growth. She will also partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing to support Artera’s continued expansion.

Caitie brings more than 15 years of marketing experience and a strong track record of building and scaling growth functions within B2B SaaS organizations. Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing Operations and Digital at Lytx, where she led a multifunctional organization spanning demand generation, account-based marketing, analytics, and digital strategy. Caitie also held several marketing leadership roles at Impact, where she helped build the company’s demand generation infrastructure and supported its growth. Her earlier experience includes roles with ShipHawk, lynda.com, and AGIA. Caitie earned an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
