McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Devin Hughes as Senior Vice President, Finance at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU). Devin will report to the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and will lead the credit union’s finance, treasury, accounting, and financial risk functions. He will play a critical role in shaping RBFCU’s financial strategy, optimizing balance sheet performance, and enhancing enterprise-wide profitability and capital planning efforts while partnering closely with executive leadership to support the organization’s continued growth and long-term strategic objectives.
Devin brings more than 20 years of experience in treasury, asset-liability management, capital markets, and financial risk leadership within the financial services industry. He most recently served as Vice President, Treasurer at OnPoint Community Credit Union, where he oversaw ALM, liquidity management, investments, and pricing strategy while supporting the organization’s financial performance and regulatory readiness. Prior to OnPoint Community Credit Union, Devin spent 15 years with Zions Bancorporation, where he held a series of senior leadership roles across corporate finance, treasury risk, and capital planning, including serving as Senior Vice President, Head of Treasury, Liquidity, and Wealth Risk. Devin holds an MBA in Finance from Brigham Young University, a bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Utah University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
