McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Arnaud Allouche as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Services at Keysight Technologies. In this role, Arnaud will lead the company’s worldwide services business, overseeing the global services portfolio and driving growth, profitability, and customer value across post-sales engagements. He will guide the continued transformation of the services organization through scalable, digitally enabled, and predictive service delivery models that strengthen customer loyalty, expand recurring revenue, and support Keysight’s long-term growth strategy.
Arnaud brings more than 25 years of global executive leadership experience driving services transformation, customer success, and operational excellence across the technology and life sciences sectors. Most recently, he served as Global Vice President and General Manager of Services at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he developed and executed a digital-first global services strategy, launched AI- and IoT-enabled service offerings, built a global services sales organization, and drove recurring revenue growth while enhancing customer experience and profitability. Previously, Arnaud held senior leadership roles with Hitachi Vantara, Hitachi Data Systems, EMC, VCE, and Hewlett-Packard, where he led global services organizations, business transformation initiatives, and customer success strategies across international markets. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Management and Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and completed executive leadership programs through Columbia Business School.
