McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Cambria Briggs as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Financial Partners Credit Union. In leading the human capital function, Cambria will be responsible for developing and driving a human capital strategy that is responsive to, and anticipatory of, the evolving needs of Financial Partners and the ongoing trends in the industry. She will work closely with Financial Partners’ collaborative executive leadership team and board, serving as an advisor and partner.
Briggs joins Financial Partners from Bank of America where she spent the last 18 years in a variety of human capital roles. She brings a strong learning and development foundation and deep generalist experience to Financial Partners. Most recently, Briggs served as the Senior Vice President of Learning and Leadership Development within Bank of America’s national mortgage business and Orange County region. In this role, she supported mortgage loss mitigation and the Orange County market President’s office, responsible for over 5,000 employees. Cambria earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in communications from San Diego State University.
