McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Hashim Forrester as Senior Vice President, Remote Service Delivery at Wescom Credit Union. He will be a decision-making partner within the executive team and will act as a focal point for the company’s initiatives for performance improvement within their call center, driving the delivery and optimization of its member service through the operation of a best-in-class team. Beyond functional leadership, he will also serve on Wescom’s Asset/Liability Committee, Data and Analytics Steering Committee, Enterprise Risk Management Committee, and Salary Administration Committee.
Hashim brings over 20 years of call center leadership experience and most recently served as Director of Operations with Enova International, a fintech company that provides underserved consumers with financial services through its AI lending platform. Prior to Enova, he served as a senior operations leader for Uber. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years with Capital One with oversite of a massive customer service center.
