McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Kelci Smesko and Nicholas Esoff as Directors of Investments, Analytics, and Development at MCR Investments. In their new roles, Kelci and Nicholas will drive strategic initiatives focusing on financial analysis, market research, and development within MCR’s extensive real estate portfolio. They will be instrumental in enhancing MCR’s investment strategies and executing new and ongoing development projects.
Kelci most recently served as Director of Real Estate at Mint House, where she led the business development efforts for the East Coast and Midwest, specializing in residential hospitality transactions. Her work involved sourcing, due diligence, and deal structuring for national residential hospitality properties, which included significant contributions to both development projects and operational strategies. Kelci’s experience in cultivating partnerships and managing complex negotiations aligns with MCR’s objectives to expand and diversify its investment portfolio.
Nicholas Esoff previously served as Assistant Vice President, Hospitality + Leisure at Corebridge Real Estate Investors, where he managed a broad range of responsibilities from underwriting new acquisitions to managing a multi-property portfolio. His expertise includes developing complex financial models, negotiating investment deals, and managing high-value assets. Nicholas’s background in hospitality investments and his strategic approach to asset management will contribute greatly to MCR’s goals.
