McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Matt Reynolds as Vice President, Global Information Technology at Rocket Lab. In this key leadership position, Matt will lead a global IT organization which includes a growing footprint of facilities, with major sites in North America and New Zealand. He will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide IT strategy, overseeing infrastructure and systems, and strengthening cybersecurity capabilities to support Rocket Lab’s continued innovation and growth.

Matt brings over 25 years of technology leadership experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. He most recently served as Chief Information Officer at The Marvin Group, where he rebuilt and scaled the IT organization, led a successful transition to a hybrid cloud environment, and achieved a perfect NIST score with CMMC Level 2 certification. Previously, Matt held senior leadership roles at Veros Real Estate Solutions, Northrop Grumman, CarParts Technologies, and TRW. Matt holds a degree from the United States Air Force Academy and completed executive education at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
