McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Elicia Essex as Vice President, Group Controller at Euro Motorparts Group. In this role, Elicia will be responsible for overseeing monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate financial consolidation across domestic and international entities, and strengthening internal controls in alignment with GAAP and regulatory requirements. She will partner closely with executive leadership to deliver financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting efforts, and play a key role in M&A integration and audit readiness initiatives.

Elicia brings over 20 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with a strong track record of leadership in complex, high-growth environments. Most recently, she served as Controller at Fox Factory Inc. (Custom Wheel House), where she led financial reporting, reduced close timelines, and supported corporate consolidation and audit requirements. Earlier in her career, she held accounting leadership roles at Metrostudy and Insight Investment, where she developed expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Elicia is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Long Beach.
