McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Tamara Baker as Vice President of Business Operations at Rockdoc Consulting, Inc. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Tamara will oversee daily operations and play a pivotal role in building upon the organization’s success by refining processes as well as implementing systems and tools to support long-term expansion strategies.
Tamara brings 15 years of international experience in operations leadership roles, creating and implementing strategies and building businesses to scale in challenging environments. Tamara earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing and international business from the University of Manitoba.
