McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Morgan Ree as Vice President of Corporate Development at BOSA Properties. Reporting to the Senior Vice-President of Strategy and Investments, Morgan will provide a mix of private equity and corporate development support to assist in the launch of the organization’s new investment fund. He will target the investment of businesses that are complementary to Bosa’s core holding companies.
Morgan has over 15 years of financial services experience, working with both equity and debt products across a wide variety of clients, ranging from small and medium enterprises to large global financial institutions. Most recently, he served Alberta Investment Management Company where he played the lead role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.
