McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Nancy Agger-Nielsen as Vice President of Finance + Accounting for Omnia Leather. M+B was retained to secure a seasoned professional that would drive strategic growth and cost-saving initiatives while elevating the finance and accounting department. This role would also serve as a liaison to their private equity sponsor, Camano Capital.

Nancy has a strong financial leadership background and experience working within a variety of small to mid-sized manufacturing companies, both public and PE sponsored. She is well versed in the automation; apparel and accessories; medical device and life sciences; eCommerce; CPG; and wholesale industries. Prior to Omnia Leather, Nancy was the Vice President of Finance + Accounting at Mission Pets where she reported directly to the executive board and private equity owner.
